False Advertising

I recently ordered Dishnetwork from Nor Cal Satellite in Redding Ca and have had the WORST experience of my life! These people are all talk! They bad mouth every other Satellite company, saying that they are simply the best. YEAH RIGHT!!!

The owner named "Duane" of this joint is the biggest lier I have ever met! He brags that he worked for NASA and he is the only certified company around. This guy might have worked for Taco Bell, but thats about it. His little monkey of installers came to my house, which I just had built, and drilled holes everywhere. I had my house pre wired by a certified company which was recomended by a friend of mine who builds new homes and uses them to wire all of his new homes, so I know they wired my home correctly.

Nor Cals wannabe technition didnt use any of the cable that was already installed throughout my house, and ran his own cable all over the exterior making my house look like crap! Every hole he drilled had no silicon for weather proofing, the dish was mounted right over the top of my livingroom, which will leak as soon as it rains.

I wasnt home at the time of the install because the owner "Duane" talked me into how professional their installers are and promised me I would be happy, which couldnt be more than from the truth! They wanted to charge me $500.00 to come and fix their mess. Everyone should stay away from these idiots unless they like to have their house destroyed. Stay away from duane and his nor cal satellite!!!
