And ILD Teleservices Billed $9.99 on phone bill for Uscreditrepair thru ILD Tele. To my local phone bill! Never used?

Today I got my local phone bill with a charge from ILD Teleservices who bill on behalf of US Credit Find Inc. The charge is for $9.99 from July 19 for whatever the heck is a Uscreditrepair. Have NO clue what this is and can't find out any information on this company or anything!!! These crooks need to be stopped ASAP! I wonder how many people have paid this and never noticed it!
I think an investigation and class action lawsuit should be started ASAP. I am gonna get the word out to my local newspapers, family and friends! Everyone please that reads this remember to check your ALL your bills closely especially phone bills because this has hapenned to me before and it was also through ILD. ILD should be investigated as well!!!
