RIPOFF ripoff dishonest ripoffs

I just wanted to let everyone else out there know that you are not alone in feeling RIPPED off by nextcard. Even before they "went under" I had a series of problems with them. I have now had nearly a $3000.00 balance with them for 2 1/2 years. Two statements ago, I noticed that my payment amount was 64.00. Well, the next statement I got showed that it took off my 64.00 payment & then ADDED 67.88 in INTEREST. Therefore my payment wasn't a payment at all. I can completely understand the feeling of not even wanting to pay them anymore. They are a nightmare. I am young & thankfully, I have learned my lesson early about not wanting to deal with credit cards.
Also, I have always paid my bill online. I, too, now have late payments due to the fact that I can't figure out how to get their website to work! I have to wait for a new bill just to make my NOW LATE payment.

Nextcard sucks. It's a scam. I don't think companies should be allowed to just 'sell' you to some other company. I mean, it wasn't the bargain. If I wanted my card to be with another company, then that is the company I would have applied for, right???

There definitely should be something done!
