William Price Misrepresentation and undelivered services

A representative came to our office and presented the sales pitch. We chose to enroll with the smallest contract level to try this out, which was also backed by a completely refundable cancellation stipulation. After a few phone calls and not receiving promised information, we chose not to pay the remainder of the contract until we would get a person (again) on the phone to know where the information was. Upon numerous attempts, the voice mail always prompted that they were not available and to leave a message; however the mailbox was always full and we would need to call back at a later time. We never could get through to the office. I found the representative's number and called him. He said that the company cleaned and cleared out of the offices, cancelled all phones, etc. And never told their employees a single thing about it. He has not been able to contact anyone either and says that he himself is out thousands in unreimbursed expenses.
