Deceptive Marketing for Healthcare

Chiro Income Solution markets the idea of advertising to accident victims under the name "Accident Solutions" at a cost to healthcare providers of up to $30,000 for 12 months. The problem is they misrepresent the actual performance of their promises. The Sales representive promised he would furnish proof of a FCC Report of when the ads would run and proof of other clients advertising times. Chiro Solution failed to verify which local T.V. Stations would be showing the advertisements. The sales representive took my money and failed to provide proof of sample web ads "We are working on it " stated the salesman. The salesman failed to answer my follow up calls only to find out later "He's no longer with the company". I was able to reach the salesman on his cell phone and he informed me that "Chiro Income Solutions is not a reputable company they make promises to customers that they know they can't keep". After contacting Chiro Income Solutions regarding the information provided by the sales representative I requested afull refund of my initial deposit of $3000.00. Since April and currently to this day I have written letters and have telephoned and requested a full refund of my money with no results. This company appears to be deceptive in their bussiness practices as indicated by their sales representative. I also have a additional local healthcare provided in which this company took more money from him $5000.00 and he too is "Mad As Hell" that this company is "Ripping Healthcare providers off in the name of accident victims". Please stop these people!!!
