Ebates.com
Lists companies on drop down list who are not affiliated with them

I ordered $174 of Vitacost goods through Ebates.com. When my ebates account did not reflect my Vitacost purchase, I emailed ebates.com and go an email back stating to contact vitacost between 2-30 days. I emailed vitacost and a rep emailed me back saying to call them. I called them and got a worthless rep on the phone who didn't know what ebates was and did not care to find out. When i read her the 2-30 days ebates emails, she jumped on it saying Well wait 30 days and call us back. I told her none of the other stores waited that long and she just yawned and got off the phone. I emailed vitacost.com back and got another emailing saying VITACOST is no longer affiliated with Ebates.com and no rebate will be forthcoming. Nice of ebates.com to have stores listed in the database who are not members and then do nothing to help their customers.
