Took away all my tell a friend money! Beware of ebates!

I started using ebates for cash back shopping in june, and there were great deals like tell a friend for 5 dollars back and refer 3 people for extra 30 dollar back. I told my family about ebates and they all created an account for ebates and after 2 months they deleted all the tell a friend bonus without a warning! Beware of ebates! They scam people and they keep all the money!: (
