These clowns sold me a phone that was supposed to be new

I paid over 200.00 dollars with tax for it and after charging the battery all night I turned it on the next morning and to my amazement it had calls and text messages on it that were up to 9 months old.

When I took it back and complained the next day the manager

Sam Estrada and his arrogant son that is also a salesman at the store told me that they had a legal right to sell me a used phone for the same price as a new one.

These guys are nothing more than a bunch of mexican banditos that sell used products for new prices.

They also said if my wife and I were not satisfied with the phones we had 14 days to return them and they did not honor that either so my wife got ripped of too.

I have filed a complaint with the FCC and am consulting an attorney about this matter.

And if you need a cell phone I would not go to this store.

It is nothing more than a clip joint.
