Ineffective Repair Caused Signficant Water Damage / Alpharetta

Do not use this company. I had a simple issue with the dial on my washing machine where the tab was broken. The technician determined the timing was in working order and could repair the tab. The very first time I used the washer, the water would not cut off (water level indicator) and proceeded to flood my house ruining the hardwood floor in the kitchen area, traveled through the floor to the basement, collapsing the basement ceiling and draining significant gallons of water down into my basement area onto furniture and new carpet. I called the company to report this and was told no one would come out on a Sunday and met with a rude response from the person answering the phone. When the same technician came out the following workday, he claimed nothing he had done would have caused this issue but after opening the control panel and adjusting the wiring, which had been disconnected for the initial repair, the problem corrected itself. The company has totally denied fault in the false connection even though the same issue (over filling) repeated itself earlier in the day but was stopped before overflowing. When the technician called his manager and spoke with him and gave me the phone, the manager was rude, told me it wasn't his problem and I could complain all I wanted to but that was my problem. DO NOT under any circumstances use this company. Refer to the BBB (of which I have found now, a number of complaints and an unsatisfactory rating for them).in lieu of trying to resolve this issue that was too much of a coincidence and never a prior condition that their mode of business is to do injustice to the consumer if it's not in their favor. After speaking to a company Manager, who was rude, I was told this was my problem and I could file as many complaints as I want.in lieu of the number I have found on this company via the internet, I'm adding my name to the list (this includes a significant number through the BBB).
