The dates range from August through January. Mr. Benson has failed to finish the repairs and replacements to the guest bath he was contracted to complete back in August. His last promise date to complete the final phase of repairs and replacements was "by Halloween" of 2007. He has stopped answering calls and messages from us. He has not kept his word and is not a reliable businessman as he presents himself.
