Bryan Young will not complete project, finish job, misrepresenst qualifications, does not perform services paid and contracted for, does not return calls

I contracted and paid this individual and company $2,500 to build a website for me 2 years ago and they refuse to finish or deliver a functioning website. I have invested an untold numbers of hours of my time trying to get them to complete a project they advised would only take a few months to complete and that they were more than capable of handling. It turns out they were in way over their heads regarding their capabilities and have shown no serious interest in finishing the project. All I have received for 2 years and $2,500 is excuses and broken promises to finish the project.
