Terrible customer service

I've attempted period and time again to obtain a reimbursement from these folks. They don't reply the telephone. And so I sent a mail. They repeatedly requested me for my creditcardnumber after which did nothing a month later. They charged me a-10% charge for termination and wouldn't I would like to return the merchandise in the area. They stated I had a need to talk to corporate. Corporate stated I had a need to return the merchandise towards the area area. They produce no sense.
