I like the products offered and the prices BUT the return policy is difficult at best and appears to be designed to dissuade the customer. I would not be surprised if it is purposely designed to frustrate the consumer and get them to just say " forget about it - I will just keep the item (s).

When I received 2 items that I wished to return I was informed that I needed a RA # and that the request would be forwarded to Corporate (whoever or wherever corporate is) And that tis would take 3 days. 7 days later when I received no RA# I called again, Aisha said that she was sorry and would request RA# again and that it would take maybe a week. The next week AGAIN nothing, nada, zipp so I called customer service. Got same story about corporate and that manufacturer needed to authorize return. Rep was contentious and talked over me when I demanded to speak with supervisor. And when I asked if it could take a month or two I was not given a straight answer.
