Does not credit back returns

Purchased items from Just Sports store in Marley Station mall in Glen Burnie Maryland in December. On January 6th I returned them to my visa card. Two credit card statments later and I had not recived credit. I returned to the store where I returned them they gave me a phone number to call. Called the number and spoke to Helen. She told me that it was my visa cards fault and to contact them. Visa told me that it was there problem. Called Helen back she said that she needed all my info and would call me back. 6 months later no response I called her and she acted as if I had never talked to her before.

At this time I had paid off visa card and closed account. Helen told me that I had to reopen account to recive credit. Why they could not just credit me another way I don't know so I asked to speak with her supervisior. He put me on speaker phone and grilled her while I was on the phone. Helen called me a liar etc... Anyway they said they would call my old credit card company to process return.

Never happend. Now one year later and I am still calling. There number is long distance and has cost me more money that the items I have returned. They owe me $80.00 And I will not rest till I recive my refund.
