Poor cellar conditions & bacteria

I recently purchased a bottle of your red table wine (1998) as i have done so many times before and it is usually an excellent choice except this time it was very bitter tasting, brownish in color and had several large clumps of sediment at the bottom of the bottle... It did not taste good.

I wanted a friend to try it as i was bragging on how good your wines are... I frequently take a bottle wherever i go...
When i went back to windsor center liquors to tell them about it, they just said "oh well" and shoved me out the door...
I am very disappointed with the quality of your wine this time and don't know what happened but i thought i'd let you know...

Dear Jean,

Occassionally things do happen to bottles of wine that can be related to poor cellar conditions (too hot, too cold) or a bacteria from the bottle or cork. We have not had any problems with this vintage, as your complaint is this first. If you purchased this bottle from Windsor Center they should replace it, no questions asked. We are however sending you two new bottles as a replacement for this "bad" bottle you purchased. We deeply regret this situation and thank you for bringing
to our attention your dissatisfaction.

This incident occurred in december and morgan mclaughlin replied that she would send two bottles of wine to my house on dec. 21 which she never did... I have sent her several e-mails and she has not responded at all.
