Travelzoo (NASDAQ: TZOO) False Advertising of Promotion: Will not honor voucher as advertised by TravelZoo.com, will not refund purchase

I purchased a $29 voucher on Travelzoo.com for a case of wine from Virgin Wines. I went on the website (provided on the voucher, a link just for the voucher package) a few days later as I couldn't use it until August 30, and found that there is a discrepancy of what wines are listed and what are actually available. One of the reasons for my purchasing this was the Fondatore Domizio Barbaresco and the Via Ecoyen Navarra. Both are listed on this site to be included in the package of reds, however, when you click on the list when you are selecting either the 6-bottle or 12-bottle choice, you see that it actually does not come with the Barbaresco and has only three of the wines listed on the website. If I were to pay another $29 for the 12-bottle package, it would come with the wines as stated, but that is extremely misleading, as when I purchased the package - it was for 6 specific bottles of wine, red or white (you are to choose which color). Both, the TravelZoo website and the Virgin Wines website list the advertisement this way, stating the name, year, and type of each of the six wines in either the red or white. I have now spent about two weeks calling and emailing both Virgin Wines and TravelZoo regarding this issue. Virgin wines simply used this promotion as a "bait and switch, " attempting to get customers to double their purchase once they get to the webite by paying more to get the wines you really wanted. The bottom line is that I already paid for this purchase, and I purchased 6 specific bottles of wine— which means that these two companies (who orchestrated this promotion together) are legally responsible for honoring this purchase, or refunding my money. Both companies simply refuse to do anything, and TravelZoo will not contact me or call me back at all. I have waited over a week and a half for a response, but nothing. I called again today and was told that because it is past the "seven day" period, TravelZoo will not refund my purchase (although I purchased this on the 22nd of August and it wasn't valid until the 30th of August, which is already over 7 days). Virgin Wines claims that TravelZoo is responsible for refunding my purchase, and Virgin Wines will not honor the voucher as promised. I have already submitted a BBB complaint for Virgin Wines and it has been accepted as valid.
