Rude and abusive towards paying costumers, unbelivable attitudes and polices! Ripoff deception

Went into the bestbuy store to purchase a xbox game and some monster cables for a hd tv I had also recently purchased at best buy. While in the store I decided to take a look at tvs and see if the price on the one I had purchased had dropped at all.

An older gentalman approched me and started asking me questions about tvs and what my opinion was on the different models. We looking at tvs and talking about them when two dumb shits one in a blue shirt and one in yellow approched us. They got between me and my knew friend and started telling me how its not my job to talk to this guy about tvs its this other dumbshits job in a yellow shirt and they both pointed at him at the end of the tv row. I tried to explain to them that we live in the U.S.A. And i would say whatever I liked to whomever I liked whenever. They went to tell me I wouldn't be doing that in this store and they didn't care if I was a paying customer or not (with merchandise in hand). The conversation became more heated over a good 15 minute period. They called the police to escort me out of the store. The gentleman I had met in the store follwed us out and helped me explain what had happed. The police were very unstnading and sent me on my way. Is this what customer service has become!!!
