Platinum Community Services, in my opinion, is the worst, most unprofessional business I have ever dealth with.

Their offices are difficult to find and you enter into what appears to be a shared office with no signage, nothing on the walls, no receptioist etc. Other than the mystery person who answers the phone it is impossible to get a hold of a human being.

Violation letters are sent willy-nilly, often for matters cleared up at prior meetings; it would, however be impossible to keep track of this as the turnover of employees is lightening quick.

Overall - a complete ripoff operation.
