Platinum Community Services - Wellington Park Association
Can't manage a resident's Address. How can it manage your community?

I have a property in Las Vegas, which is rented. Platinum Community (Wellington Park Association) is so called managing (which is not managing at all, just collecting dues and doing nothing) the home owners association. They are unorganized, rude and lack basic customer service skills. Debra Ginato, who is the highest member of management team should not be in any position to serve customers. If she worked in an organization with strong management, she would been fired long ago. But at Planinum Community, she is the star. There are a lot of absentee home owners in this coummunity. Platinum Community is using this opportunity and fine the home owners with every single piece of what they call violations, so they can collect fines and increase their budget (probably it is used for staff bonuses). When you try to contact Wellington Park Association, you are directed to a voice mail. The operator states "Every one in the office has a flue today. No one is avail" This is a standar practice for them. Probably they have a side job and the Wellington Park residences pay them another salary.
