The selection of merchandise is excellent but customer service is APPALLING. Staff is more interested in chatting than assisting shoppers, and pricing on some merchandise was inaccurate.

We bought items for our backyard wedding, including lawn torches clearly marked on sale. Cashier argued with my fiance over the price, who finally untaped (I now wish he'd ripped it down!) the small clearance sign and brought it to the register. The clerk sullenly rang up the sale, then handed the sign to my fiance and said, "GO PUT THAT BACK." We would have done so, but being ordered to do it by someone who is supposed to be waiting on US was a No Deal. Fiance said, "no thank you, " and the clerk repeated, loudly enough for other shoppers to turn and watch, "GO PUT IT BACK NOW." Again, he said no thank you. The clerk looked at another clerk and both of them started laughing.

I said, "Let's go" to my fiance, intending to leave without buying anything, but he quietly gave his credit card to the still-giggling clerk and paid for our merchandise. As we left, I clearly heard (and that's saying something because I am hearing-impaired) the clerk call my husband-to-be a name I cannot print here. I called store management to complain but my calls were never returned. Nice way to run a business, and a nice way to shop for one's wedding!
