I was not home at the time that THEY wanted to schedule an appointment to fix my air conditioning. They wouldn't send a tech out for 5 more days. It is over 100 degrees in Texas right now. I asked for something sooner - they told me maybe I should just try calling a different company. Also, I asked to speak to a tech that I happen to know and the girl on the phone lied to me and said that he didn't work there anymore.
