Realty Executives-Neil Lampert/Cindie Wells
Beware false promises

About two years ago my wife and I started looking at purchasing our first home. We read the advertisiments for agents and finally settled on Neil Lampert, who has an office in Phoenix, AZ. Neil was really responsive to my wife and I to get us in his office.

When we finally showed up at his office in early June of 99 we were not introduced to Neil but turned over to a lady in sweat pants and a hospital scrub shirt who we were informed was to be our agent Cindie Wells. (who also happens to be Neil's fiance) She sat us down in a dirty back cubical in their office and proceeded to ask us what we wanted.

Now my wife and I had now idea what we were doing so Cindie started to get impatient with us. Never once trying to help us narrow down what was an appropriate area to look at homes in. Finally she said lets go look at some models. We stopped at a total of three different model homes that day. We picked one that really seemed to be what we were looking for. We told Cindie which one we liked and I said the following day I was going to go put down a deposit on the lot. Cindie informed me she couldn't make it that day (little did my wife and I know we would never see her again)

If you look at Neil Lamperts website it is filled with lies. The don't negotiate anything, they don't ever call again or make an apperence at the closing. But I bet they cashed their commission check. Cindie spent about 3 hours with us, which comes out to about $1000 an hour.

Dont ever use this company. Everything on their website is false and as a buyer you get no representation. We made one call to the agency and were given the runaround by Neil, Cindie called us back promising a call the following day.

Three months later still no call. There has to be good real estate agents out there, but these two are not good.
