Worst customer service ever!

I went to purchase neck laniards from B-hive. When I got there the old woman at her desk asked if she could help me. When Isaid yes she just continued sitting at her deskfinishing whatever she was doing. Once she finally got up to get my items she came back andthey did not have the color I had asked for on the phone. She then went to return the items back to their supply room. When she returned I began asking her about name badges. As I was talking to the person on the phone getting more details about the items and relaying that information to her another employee came to her telling her someone was on the phone for her.instead of her telling them to get a number and she would call them back she walked away from me mid-conversation and took her phone call. Well of course I left the store immediately!!! I then called & asked to speak to a manager. When I got the "operator" she told me if I didn't give her my name and a full description about what this was concerning I could not speak to a manager this is standard procedure they screen all the incoming calls. With that said. B-Hive feels they can treat you any way they want and then if you try to complain they screen the calls so their management never finds out how they treat their customers!!! I have never been treated like this by a company that wants to stay in business! I went to Bayshore Trophies & Awards and got treated better than expected and got what I want. DO NOT EVER USE B-HIVE go to Bayshore Trophies & Awards across from Countryside Mall in the shopping plaza where Barewood Store is located. If you want to get what you wanted and be treated like a respected customer this is my suggestion!!! B-hive is horrible i will never go back there ever again!!!
