Ex-Employee Speaks the Truth about this Horrible Work Place and Phony Managers and Backstabbers like what was already told to you!

When I first started working at Ocwen it was a nice place until they put some certain person in Management at Ocwen that should not even be there. AKA Backstabber, the Tatooed One, also known as Ms. B.

I left Ocwen because of the horrible things that managers do to their employees and borrowers. I could not fathom the way people are treated on the phone and the way they run their company. Just seeing the way the new manager at the time treated her in crowd and outcrowd was beyond words could say. But, I can only say so much on this site. Would like to see her FIRED! It would be great to see some sort of justice for the agents that do work hard but do not suck up to management (so called) Ms. B.

She claims to be the professional one at this company but let me tell you what really goes on while Management leaves at night they should have the cameras on her after hours. She allows many people whom are her favorites get away with murder almost. She is very two faced and smiles in your face as talks behind your back and puts you down. And talks like all kinds of garbage about the Management themselves. Here we go again Santa, this one's for you.

She also spreads rumors about your personal info in your employee files and info that should be kept secret but discusses this with others whom have spilled their guts about what she has said and what she is still saying. She is no way a management figure! Her day is coming real soon her days maybe numbered at Ocwen after this.

Hey does anyone remember those tasty Chocolate Chip Cookies. (aka) Marajuana Cookies that were delivered in a her dept to all the agents in that dept. Even the manager of that dept devoured the cookies. She knows who she is as mentioned above.

She better watch herself like she told other members of her department that if she gets fired because of us she would personally come after each and every one of us. What does that mean. HMM? What kind of person is she? Is she related to Lucifer. I guess so!

Alright Santa here we go maybe I will get some good presents this year what do you think Santa? I love you Santa you speak the truth for all of us that cannot stand this person. Still talking and bad mouthing all of Ocwen Management and its agents. As well as other group leads and floor leads they are well aware of her and her actions. This is only the tip of the iceburg there will be lots more to follow.

I will keep you posted. Merry Christmas and Hopefully Ocwen will still be there next year or Maybe the Empire will Fall!
