Company took $2400.00 from me and then closed the doors The Woodlands Texas

I hired this company to help with my tax debt. They prepared my 2007 return and were also putting together a Compromise for tax years and 2007. I tried to contact them on 7/10/08 about an IRS notice I received and could not get in touch with them by e-mail or by calling. My contact person at this company was Kristin Westerfield and her e-mail was kristin@wefixirs.com. I have had to close my bank account to stop them from taking the monthly charge I was paying them. I have done this after certified irs solutions posted a notice on there old web sight on 7/14/08 stating that they would no longer be taking any more funds out of existing clients accounts as they are out of business. I looked at my account today 7/22/08 and I see they took funds out of my account on 7/16/08 for the monthly sum of $283.20. These folks are crooks and I have already filed a complaint with the goverment for fraude. If there is any one out there that has information on how to track these crooks down please contact me as I plan to find them and do whatever is necessary to get my money back and bring them to justice. They have screwed with the wrong person!!!
