Certified IRS Sollutions a Scam

I just received a letter from the IRS today stating that an offer in compromise I had filed with Certified IRS Solutions more than 3 months ago was rejected because it was incomplete. I had resent all of the necessary information over a month ago to Certified IRS Solutions and was assured it was going to be resubmitted in time to be reconsidered. So when I go to call them today I get a disconnected phone number, I go to the website and it says they are no longer in business and no longer working on any cases, I paid these jackoffs to help me settle my enormous tax debt, I paid them nearly 4000 dollars and now it looks like I will see none of it back and will have to deal with the IRS myself or pay someone else big bucks to try and do this all over again. Is anyone else having this problem. I saw one other person posted. I wish there was a way to recoupe my money. This really chaps my hide.
