Made promises they could not keep to get me to pay

I was promised that they would meet my deadline so I would not have a default judgement entered against me before I paid a cent. The only reason I paid for services was because of this promise and then the paperwork promised was never produced.

It was the Friday evening before my Monday deadline that I discovered the paperwork would not be produced. I was in a panic. I had to take off work on Saturday and worked through the weekend to produce my own paperwork.

I am now actively trying to get a refund since they provided me no legal services.

I have been promised (after 3 phone calls and having to debate fatherschoice.org) to get a refund after about one month.

I will resubmitt stating if I get the refund or not.
