Took my money but never sent me my hard drive

After talking on the phone with Mark Reed, I sent him my old family 8 mil film. After 4 months of constant communications, I sent him the payment in full of $450.00 for the cleaning of the old film, the transfer of the film to a hard drive that he would provide, and the return of the film, hard drive and master DVD's of the film. After 2 more months, I did receive the 8 mil film and the master DVD's back, but no hard drive. It has now been 1 year, his number has been disconnected, yet his web site is still up. I will have to go to small claims court to get either my money or my hard drive back. What a rip off.
