Discriminate

Beware of this company, They will discriminate in hiring. This Company also violates the FCRA LAWS, They do background checks on you which is fine.
But under such laws they can only go back as far as 10 ten years.

But they fail this and violate the laws. They do the background checks for the patients safety in mind. I applied with this company and was hired as long as I pass the background check, Problem is I have Misdemeanor which is damage to personal property, This charge is 20 years old. And I haven't been into trouble since that time.

But they used that against me said they couldn't hire me because of this. Again its 20 yrs old, Also again they suppose to only go back 7 to 10 yrs under the FCRA LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

But they did, I wonder how many other people out there have had similars problems with this company or other companies for the samethings.

Alot of employers have rules in there policies to rule out certain people, Like for example, If the company does not like you, They can say we didn't hire you because you didn't pass a credit check.

Or your background check came back with a crime committed 20 some yrs ago Etc.

Like insurance companies that run your credit, They only do this too refuse to give you coverage, Maybe some other reason they don't like.

And well the government don't do anything about it, Because maybe the insurance industry gave them maybe 3 or 4 million dollars to there campaign last year etc, You get the picture.

If the government does get involved its too there benefit.
