Very irate

I interviewed and was hired by Primerica, when I decided that it wasn't for me, I asked for a refund of the $99 they asked me to pay for background checks. I patiently waited the 3-5 business days they said it would take, and when I received my check, it was only for $69. I am a student, I could hardly afford the $99 for the background check, and once I learned more about the company, I didn't feel like it was for me. I expected to receive a full refund for the background checks. When I tried to call their service number, I just got a busy signal. I will not ever work for this company again, and I will never invest in them. I would appreciate it if they would make it right, and send me the $30 they still owe me.
