Why do they want to reward Bad Behavior? Trying to ram down our throats a bill that will legalize the immigrants in this country that violated our laws

Some members of government are trying to ram down our throats a bill that will legalize the immigrants in this country that violated our laws by being in this country in the first place. They are claiming that they will do a background check on all of them and if they violated our laws they will be sent back and not allowed to become legal. Doesn;'t the fact they are here mean they violate our laws and by the definition in this bill should be sent back just based on that?

I understand that we will never find all 12-20 million illegal immigrants. If we fine the employers that are caught and update the ID system for legal immigrants wouldn't this force most of them to either go home, or go home and come back legally. How can a US background check find all the history if these are not even US Citizen? We need to quit coddling these people and just start enforcing our laws. To make matters worse, now they are raising all the fees 2-3 times for those who are trying to come in LEGALLY.

We need to let our polititcians know that we do not support this legislation.instead we need them to do what they have already promised and build the fence and secure the border. The mention oif a fence in this bill is not even necesarry since they have already approved that. Can we really expect them to follow through on this bill when they have failed to keep their promises ain the past?
