Paid for two scooters and got NONE wont answer phone or emails

I purchased two scooters from evosales.com on july10. After calling and calling finally he answered the phone. And sounded all frazeled?
The reason I had not gotten a tracking number was because the scooters were out of stock suddenly. So the reason I had received nothing rony said was because they didnt want to hold on to my money?

He already had my money, and is still holding on to it. I paid through paypal which still has not gotten me my money back, and still no scooters.
Rony even asked me to western union "al jones" the close to 3,000.00 that I sent foolishly. But I am not that stupid.

Apparently the customer service ends as soon as they receive your money. I would love for rony to reply to this as he hasnt replied to anything else, sometimes when you are a crook you can get away with it for many, many years and then one day you make the biggest mistake of your tiny life and rip off the wrong person... Then what happens? I am pretty sure, no I am 100% sure that I know myself so well enough to know that I am that wrong person.

I will get my money back, I will put evo sales out of bussiness, and Oh then you can change your company name. And I will keep you up at night worrying " Did all my ripping people off Finally catch up with me?"
I hope that I do not sound too bitter, because I am more looking forward to putting trash like you where you belong, in jail... in Court... Out of bussiness...
