Delivered defective products refused to allow return and billed us $60.00 for pens we cannot use

National Pen Company of Elmsford NY and internet (www.pens.com) delivered defective pens to us. We ordered pens from them to promote our business. When we received the pens they had the wrong phone # for our business on them. When we contacted the company after the box was open and we discoverd the defect and explained these pens were useless the woman argued that there is no way her company made a mistake since the order was generated over the internet. These crooks still have the nerve to send us bills for $60.00! They ignored our complaint, refused to resolve it, and are still demanding $60.00. Do not deal with this company. They are con artists.
