Customer Service Idiot has no knowledge of anything she's doing. Should not have the job she does, extremely rude and very unknowledgeable!

I went to Walmart two days ago... July 14 to cash my IRS Stimulous Check. It was issued to myself and my husband, who is away at war in Iraq. He had sent me a power or attorney so that I would be able to cash this check.

When I walked up to her I gave her the check and the POA. She tried to argue with me saying that it was not valid because it wasn't notorized. I said first of all my husband is in IRAQ and they do not have notories there, plus it's actually a tax form not a total POA so tax forms do not require notaries. I told her that I've had several POA's from my husband and not one of them had been notorized, at least not the ones from IRAQ. She said, as if to insult the military intellegence, that it's too bad they didn't know how to fill out this form properly. As if my husband was the first person in all of US Army to have ever requested a POA while away at war. This must have been the very first one JAG has ever had to fill out. Imagine that, and to think a Walmart employee brought that to my attention, she's so smart (sense the sarcasm). Anyhow, I said look lady, I just had a POA a couple months ago from him to fill out our tax forms. To which she replied, you don't need a POA to fill out tax forms. Well right there clued me in as to what an idiot this woman was, because as I told her, in order to sign someone else's name to a document you have to have a POA!!! Anyhow the argument continued and the woman continued to say that he had not signed and dated the part under Declaration of Representative... Ok, I'M the REPRESENTATIVE, hello? If he was the representative that would mean that he was representing himself and if he was representing himself, we wouldn't need the POA now would we?

I finally said the hell with this blubbering idiot, she obviously didn't know her butt from a hole in the ground, so I simply went up the road to a different Walmart and cashed it with absolutely no problems whatsoever.

This woman was a nighmere to deal with and was completely rude and unprofessional and in my opinion should be stocking shelves or doing something where the public doesn't have to see her face or deal with her attitude. I really wished I had caught her name, because her behavior was extremely inappropriate. Heck, even when I was standing there with her and her supervisor, her supervisor told her to calm down and stop getting nasty with me. That should say it all right there! Can the idiot!!!
