Rude Walmart workers

We shop on the 3rd of every month at the Walmart in Fairmont, MN because we try to be as thrifty of shoppers that we can in todays economy. Well their is no other way then putting it... WALMART'S workers are beyond RUDE! I mean if you call WAlmart. A customer service person gets on the other end and they act like they have just been inconvenineced because they have been doing nothing other then probably standing around gossiping with their friends and "YES" I have witnesed this in person and so have many of my family members and friends. Also the workers of the Walmart in question... They do not want to be helpful to you inside the store either. You will just get a raw attitude from them. If you ask for a worker for instance where something can be found: Their reply is..."Well we must not have it here if you don't see it".instead they should have taken myself and my husband to look for the item we were inquiring about. I used to work at the Walmart in Gulf Breez, FL & if I would have had the kind of blatant, non responsive attitudes that they have, I would have had to go back through my customer service training and then if it were to keep happening. I would have been fired on the spot! Also. My husband and I are smokers, well. The cashier inside on the grocery side told us that we could not smoke with in how many ever feet in front of their store. WEll we did not argue the point with her... But in the mean time the WALMART WORKERS are outside smoking right by the doors!!! This non-responsive and rude behavior needs to stop because my family & I. As well as friends. ARE TIRED OF IT! What will be done on this matter of concern is my question? We should be valued customers because we do spend most of our money there...
