Would not send the parts needed to fly t-rex 600. Said they were all sent to us and we even e-mailed pic's of what we recieved. Two months later. Still no parts

I sent for a r/c helicopter from trendtimes.com. They were happy to take my order. I was to recieve it for my husbands birthday. May 18. I was working with the salesman (alex) My order was wrong to begin with. Only part of the heli I recieved. I e-mailed alex and sent pi'c of what I recieved.

Needless to say the man would not comply, and said I knew nothing about what I need for the machine. So therefore only wanted to talk with my husband. We still today do not have the parts for this toy. And after $2100.

I feel we need some kind of resolution. We are so disappointed that we no longer even care about anything but to send what we have back, and get loose from this rude, ripoff company.
