I received a letter stating I had won a lottery, along with a check ($4,983.98) said to have been deducted from my big winings, to pay the taxes. The letter also requested I pay the tax amount ($2,996.00) by WESTERN UNION or MONEY GRAM and contact their claim agent (Wilson Gifford).
