Faulty Equipment, Return Labels Withheld, No Outage Credits

This company isn't what they advertise. The equipment is faulty, they don't send return labels until they charge for it, and I don't receive programming as advertised. No statement was sent, but they debited my account twice for services I did not get. They charged for installation when it was free, charged full price when it was discounted, and issued no credits when I had no picture for 2 weeks and no speed on the weekend. They owe me $360.88.
