Verizon Telephone Services RIP-OFF

Verizon took over Bell Atlantic and took away our much needed
family medicade discount!

We've tried to keep up w/our verizon bills, and writing a note on the bill to please put our lifeline discount through, like its been for some time w/bell atlantic! Its been 4 months now and they won't authorize our discount yet! What a sleizy company!
We also filled out (twice) all the propper confidential paper work and they won't respond! It seems they could care less!!!
Nothing on our side has changed... Just Bell Atlantic sold out to RIP OFF VERIZON and they take away a much needed family discount!!! Shame on them!!! It would have been nice if they at least contacted us and let us know they received our paper work and are working on it! But nothing! They don't care!
Please use any other phone company's BUT Verizon!!! They are crooks!!!
