Unexplained $500 to $700 Extra Charges Led to $3800 Credit Debt

Verizon ripped me off so bad. I was on the unlimited plan and it was ok for years then my bills got so high I couldn't pay them. The money came right out of my bank account. When I asked why I had these $500 to $700 additional charges they couldn't tell me! Now I have $3800.00 on my credit. I ran out of money! It was the phone number of my business.
