I don't accept the fact that every time i called he said, "wait tilll the girls come in to give him the tracking number" and he never called back

The last package he sent us we sent him the $1200 shipping and handling and he sent us the wrong order and it wasn't worth the amount we sent him. When we sent the order back and called him he told us the girls were going to send us the other package, he told us he don't have time for us, he had cancer and hung up on us. We never received our money or package back.

He stopped picking up our calls and when he did pick up he tried to change his voice so we won't recognize it. We made a report once before to the US post office 3 months ago and they have not contacted us back yet. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need more information. Thanks
