Horrible Service & Stole Our Deposit

Don and his wife are crooks. They run this business out of their home and tell you to leave rent checks in their drop box, because they are rarely there. They would give us late fees with our next month rent saying they didn't receive it on time, (when it was dropped off on the due date). Leaving us no way to prove it was on time. It takes forever to get any maintenance issues resolved, and they never gave us our deposit back when the home was left in better condition than when we moved in. Been renting for 15 years and never had problems like these. Stay far away from Mesa Realty Inc.
