Bait and Switched

The PhotoVideo Network totally bait and switched us by sending someone out to our house to show us a video and then had us sign a contract that lists "camera editing" but when we asked for our video we have to sign a release for the "unedited version". When I called they said, "It's the same thing."
If we want what they showed us (and made us believe we were getting) we would have to go to NJ do the editing ourself plus pay double the price!
When we questioned them they make us seem like the idots for signing with them. This was my 1st wedding, but they make it out that I should have known?
What a lousy way to do business. A child could have done the same thing and saved me $1000. Do not use them!
