Failed to make good the work they did. Refused to talk to me

This company installed shelves for me and after a time one shelf fell down. They came and fixed that. The screws were not anchored into a stud.

Now a second shelf have fell down. When I called they agreed to come Friday morning. I asked if they could come in the afternoon as I work in the morning and cannot take off. Then the gentleman says he doesn't know why the shelf is falling down and I told him because he didn't anchor the screw into the stud. He said I was yelling and hung up on him. When I tried calling him back he directs the call to his answering service. This is no way to run a business.
