Shelf Stocking

I have shopped at various Target 's for over 20 years. The one constant I find at every Target are the shelf conditions. Do they EVER stock the shelves? I can walk into the same Target 5 days in a row and the shelves look exactly the same, half empty. If there's something I want and it's out of stock, it'll be that way for days. I work for a retail store and we would lose half our customers if we kept our shelves the way Target does.
