Credit card was charged, and merchandise received 2 months later after numerous calls and emails

Ordered a birthday present from the site, and was charged immediately. When the person never received the present, I sent numerous emails to the company. I called the number on the website and no one answered, and when someone finally did about 3 weeks later I was told I would be called back. I heard NOTHING, until recently when I got an UPS email saying my package was sent. Nothing says Happy Birthday like a package 2 months late. Its not even the right weather for it anymore!
