Birthday Present Never Received

I was going to be ahead of the game this year and ordered my fiance's birthday present 2 months ahead of time. He wanted one of those remote mini helicopters. I found one that was buy 1 get one free. Well so much for that, he didn't get any at all. After numerous phone calls and emails to the company, still nothing. UPS does not have any information that it was ever sent out either. My bank won't even refund me. They sure took my money though as well as charging me twice. What a Rip-Off!
