Never sent the package and when i contacted them they wont respond California

I ordered a pair of capris and i never recieved them and when i tried to contact them about it they contacted me back once asking for my name and address and what i ordered and said they would look into it for me and never responded. Even when i sent them numerous email asking them about it. It was a little about 100 buck. I just want a refund. I already reordered the item somewhere else. This is the first time ive ever gotten ripped off from the internet. (doesnt feel good, lol)

What can you do about it? Please help!!! Im getting so frustrated with these people. I have every email that ive ever sent to them if you need to see some evidence.
