Four Seasons Sunrooms, Affordable Construction Company In Toledo, Ohio Four Seasons Sunroom a disaste

Back in April Affordable Construction Company was contracted to build a Four Seasons Sunroom for me. It took seven months and two crews to get it built. It sat open in the rain and sun all summer while the first crew was in jail.

The second crew came to finish the job, but they did such a poor job that the room collapsed the first spring. I tried to call them back and tell them what happened and they wouldn't even take my phone calls.

I continued calling until almost a year later they sent someone out to check. He found that the support broke under the corner on the outside wall. He jacked it up and cut the board and slipped a board between the two and that is how is was left.

They also didn't calk anything and air and water leaked in all over. I called again and they send someone out on the coldest rainest day to try to calk my sunroom. I said no way.

I was calling Four Seasons and they finally sent someone out to look at the room and was appalled at the bad workmenship. They left the packing or crating parts in the windows when the put them in and air leaked all around them. There were many other things they didn't do.

After Four Seasons came they tried to get the builder to come and fix the room but he refused to even see them. Now my sunroom is again collapsing and this time it is pulling the roof of my house away from the middle and everything is leaking in my ceiling.

Also it leaks in the sunroom and down into my basement and I am not getting mold in the basement from water running down the walls into the basement and keeping it wet.

I have not found anyone to help me with this problem, and I am afraid that when this room lets loose someone will get killed!!!

I am not sure that they even had the work they did inspected, because none of that work would have passed inspection for sure. If anyone has a suggestion of my next steps please let me know. I really do not have the money to get an attorney it seems like they charge too much right from the start. If they could wait till this gets going then I may have some money.

I think this would be a big lawsuit since there is all kinds of damage to my home, and since I could go after the builder and four seasons too since they didn't make the builder do the job right from the start.

I also have a warrenty on the room that they should cover, I just can't get them to do anything. Please help me since it cost me $50,000 for this addition!!!
