Treaten to be arested for item that was returned

I was treated like a dog by RAC's employees. I was told that I was going to be aressed for item that had been returned. I was called a liar, thief, stupid, and an SOB.
The item in queston was rented from RAC and I called to have it picked up. It only took two weeks to be picked up. During this time I was called over and over asking for payment. Each time I asked them to pick it up. I was told the next day, the next day..

It seems that the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. RAC is a joke. I should of read all the reports on them. I learned my lesson.

Please dont get yourself into dealing with them. They will only rip you off and jerk you around. The way they treat people is like Hittler treated the Jews.
